Greece Crisis Updated [2015/7/13]

Greece and EU finally agreed to a bailout, where Greece will literally lose more through asset sales and having constant monitoring.

It is definitely an unfair deal but the reforms should have happened in 2010...and has not

even after five years later....

Yet the Greek cannot stop blaming EU. No one forced Greece to borrow money. Also

that money was spent on generous compensation for government workers and pension.

Yet the Greek blame on the creditors. I don't expect things to change until

Greece admits that they have overspent and now have to build itself again.

No matter how much the Greeks deny, the fact that they got generous pension

and compensation cannot be denied. Also, nobody said anything about an

incompetent government which did not even account for its expenditures...

After many years of neglect and abuse, we have today's Greece.

It is now up to the Greeks to start working harder, pay taxes, and obey the rules.

Also, time to promote entrepreneurship so the inefficiencies can be eliminated at a faster

rate.

Here are some practical suggestions that could help Greece.

1. Tourism. Well, time to attract more tourists. Lot of Chinese and Indians traveling these days. Having less protests, definitely attracts more tourists.

2. Freelancing. Lot of Greeks speak English, they can earn money through freelancing at upwork.

3. Modernize agriculture. Greece could use more advanced farming techniques to increase productivity.

4. Artifacts for sale. Greece has lot of artifacts. They can auction the artifacts and raise more money.
